Shipping policy

All items will be thoughtfully packaged and shipped within 2 business days of purchase to the shipping address provided.

All packages include full insurance for your new luxury item. Please note that insurance does not apply to an item that is marked as delivered and not received. 

The Lux Exchange, LLC, or its representatives, are not liable for any missing packages once the status has been marked as delivered. Please add Signature Confirmation to your order if you would like the additional security of requiring a member of your household to sign for your package.
